The organizations and programs listed below are all non-profit groups. Before contacting these organizations, check with your veterinarian first. You may be surprised how they can help.
Central Indiana
FACE is a nonprofit clinic providing low-cost spaying and neutering for dogs and cats, plus vaccinations and other basic wellness services. They have no income qualifications.
As part of our belief in respect and compassion for all living creatures, IndyFeral Inc. seeks to reduce stray and feral (wild) cat overpopulation through the non-lethal method of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), not "trap and kill."

The Hamilton County Low Cost Clinic is a non-profit organization of volunteers and staff working together to end cat/dog overpopulation and unwanted stray animals. We offer an affordable spay/neuter service for cats and dogs.
Northwest Indiana
Northwest Indiana/Chicago Area clinic PAWS Chicago - offers low cost spay and neuters for Dogs, Cats, Kittens and Puppies year round. If you can not drive your pet to Chicago contact Treasured Friends to arrange for them to drop off and pick up your pet for an additional $25.
North/Northwest Indiana
North Central Indiana Spay & Neuter is a small group comprised of committed concerned citizens who have sponsored a much needed low-cost spay and neuter program that has benefited and will continue to benefit the cities of Lafayette, West Lafayette and all of Tippecanoe County and surrounding counties and their communities.
South/South Central Indiana
Pets ALIVE is a Bloomington-based non-profit organization dedicated to ending pet over-population in South-Central Indiana with low-cost spay / neuter services for cats and dogs.

City of Ft. Wayne SNAP Program Ft. Wayne, Indiana For Allen County pet owners unable to afford clinic fees, which range from $40 - $70 can turn to Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control and request assistance from the Spay Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP). Clay County Humane Society Brazil, Indiana We will be offering our low cost Spay and Neuter Clinic every Friday. The cost is $61 for Dogs and $54 for cats, rabies vaccination is included. If your pet is current on vaccinations please bring proof and we will discount the price $5. Please call the shelter @ 812-446-5126 for an appointment. All animals should be at the shelter between 7 and 9 am on Friday, and may be picked up Saturdays between 9 and 11am. There will be other services such as micro chipping and other vaccinations available, please ask for details.
Dearborn County
Spay Neuter Vouchers Available for Area Residents Dearborn County Aurora, Indiana “We are pleased to announce that we have received a grant from the DJ&T Foundation to subsidize spay/neuter procedures for companion animals in our area. This grant allows financial assistance to those requiring it in order to have their pets (dogs and cats only) spayed or neutered. Elkhart County
Elkhart County Humane Society Bristol, Indiana The Humane Society Of Elkhart County is now offering a program called the S.T.O.P. Program. This program provides limited income families and individuals assistance to spay or neuter their family cat or dog. The S.T.O.P. program will cover the cost of your cat/dog to spayed/neutered only. Harrison County
Harrison County Humane Society: FREE SPAY AND NEUTER SERVICES are offered to Harrison County residents. Pet guardians are urged to help eliminate pet overpopulation by making an appointment to have their dogs and cats spayed or neutered. To date, over 2,600 dogs and cats have been altered, free to county residents, through the generous participation of concerned veterinarians, the Harrison County Commissioners, County Council members, and other volunteers.
Hendricks County
The Hendricks County Humane Society HOPE Program offers low cost pet sterilization. You do not have to be a resident of Hendricks County to participate. If your pet is not current on vaccinations, you can purchase the vaccinations at a reduced fee to be done at the same time. If your pet is current, you must bring proof the day of surgery.
Jasper County
Pet Neutering and Adoption Services Demotte, Indiana Pet Neutering Service's function is to help limited income people spay/neuter their pets.
Johnson County
Humane Society of Johnson County Franklin, Indiana The Humane Society of Johnson County offers a spay/neuter discount certificate to Johnson County residents.

Humane Society of the Calumet Area Munster, Indiana Are you looking to have your pet spayed or neutered, but do not want to pay what your vet is going to charge? We are glad you have made this decision and are proud to be able to offer spay / neuter certificates for only $50. By purchasing a certificate, you will be able to get your animal altered at no additional charge by the vet (unless it needs a rabies shot). Spay Neuter League, Inc. Terre Haute, Indiana Spay-Neuter League Inc. is a charitable group run entirely by a small group of volunteers. We offer a limited number of $30 coupons each month to help offset the cost of spaying and neutering pets with local veterinarians. Since we are a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax deductible. We receive no government funding.
